A banner won't go away
Banners clear themselves once the problem is fixed. Reload the page after fixing it. If a carrier banner stays after you've connected the carrier, use Test connection on that carrier's settings. See Test a carrier connection. Still there? Contact support at support@advancedshippingmanager.com or 1-888-546-4932 with a screenshot of the banner.
