Subscribe in the app

Choose a plan, add any extensions, and pay by card, all from the Billing page. Do this before your free trial ends to keep your account active.

Before you begin

Plans and extensions

Shopify stores pay through Shopify and don't subscribe here. See Billing for Shopify stores. If your trial banner says Sign up now instead of Subscribe now, your store signs up on our website: select that button.

Steps

Go to Billing in the ASM menu, or select Subscribe now on the trial banner.
Under Choose a plan, select Bundle or VIP. Extensions your plan includes are ticked for you at $0.00.
Under Add-on extensions (added to your plan's monthly fee), tick the extensions you want. Select a group to open it. Long groups have Show all.
Check the Total.
Have a coupon? Type it under Have a coupon code? and select Apply. The Subtotal and Coupon lines show the discount.
Under Billing address, enter your full address. It's used to calculate any sales tax, and it's required.
Select Continue to payment.
Under Payment details, enter your card. Your bank may ask you to confirm in a pop-up.
Select Subscribe & pay.

You see "Payment received! Activating your subscription…". After you complete your order, your card is charged for the first month.

All prices shown per month reflect our standard billing cycle of every 28 days (13 charges per year).

Check that it works

Reload Billing. You now see Your subscription with your Plan, Extensions, Total, Status and Next billing date. The trial banner is gone.

If something goes wrong

"Please enter your complete billing address." — fill in every address field.
The coupon isn't accepted. Some codes are only for new customers on a trial, or only for certain platforms.
The card is declined. Nothing is charged. Check the card details or use another card.
"Billing temporarily unavailable" — the page can't reach our billing system. Try again in a few minutes.

Already paid through a date?

If you reinstalled ASM while you still had paid time left, the button reads Save card & subscribe, and the page says "You have already paid through" a date. Your card is saved today but not charged. Your first payment is on that date, then every month.

More than one store?

If you already have an ASM account, more stores are added to your existing account. Each store gets its own subscription. See Billing for several stores or BigCommerce storefronts.
