Billing for Shopify stores
If your store runs on Shopify, you pay for ASM through Shopify, on your regular Shopify bill. ASM doesn't charge your card directly, and there's no in-app subscription to manage.
How it works
- When you install ASM, Shopify asks you to approve a charge for Advanced Shipping Manager Connector for Shopify. The approval screen shows the price and your 7-day free trial.
- Shopify bills you for ASM along with your other Shopify charges. Your Shopify invoices and billing settings show the ASM charge.
- The Billing page doesn't apply to you. Shopify stores never see the in-app plan picker, card form or invoices described in other billing articles.
Stop paying
Uninstall ASM from your Shopify admin's Apps settings. That ends the charge and deactivates your ASM account.
Once ASM is uninstalled, its rates no longer reach your checkout. Set up other shipping rates in Shopify first, or shoppers may have no way to check out.
