Change your plan or extensions

Move between plans, or add and remove extensions, from the Billing page. Changes take effect right away.

Change your plan

1. Go to Billing.
2. Select the Upgrade to VIP banner, or the smaller Switch to link (for example Switch to Bundle). The Dashboard's Upgrade to VIP → banner opens the same place.
3. Check the breakdown in Change plan.
4. Select Confirm change, or Go back to leave things as they are.

You see "Plan updated."

Moving from VIP to Bundle switches off the extensions Bundle doesn't include. They aren't added to your bill. To keep one, add it back under Manage extensions after the change.

Add or remove extensions

1. Go to Billing and find Manage extensions.
2. Tick the extensions you want and untick the ones you don't.
3. Check the New total.
4. Select Update extensions.
5. Read Confirm extension changes and select Confirm.

You see "Extensions updated." If you didn't change anything, you see "No changes to apply."

How the charge works:

• Added extensions are charged now to your card on file, for the rest of your current billing period.
• Removed extensions credit the unused time.
• If your card is declined, nothing changes. Update your card and try again. See Update your card and download invoices.

On VIP, the section is called Extensions — all included with your plan. Ticking an extension there costs nothing extra.

Buy a one-time add-on

1. Go to Billing and find One-time add-ons.
2. Select Buy next to the add-on. Your card is charged now.

The button changes to Purchased ✓.

Check that it works

Look at Your subscription on the Billing page. It lists your Plan, every billed Extension and the new Total.
