My Inventory Page
The "My Inventory" page is available to stores that do not use 3rd party inventory management systems such as Stone Edge, OMX, 4P Site Link, etc.
This page is designed to allow you to manage items that you stock. Items that are dropshipped will not show here, and their quantities are kept separately.
The search box in the top right corner allows you to search by item name, or SKU. As you type, the results will automatically update.
There is also a dropdown menu that allows you to display items by category.
On the item listing, you will see the following columns:
- AIS - This stands for "Always In Stock". Default setting is unchecked. Checking this will treat the item as though it is always in stock regardless of the actual number in stock. Customers will always see this items as being in stock. This setting can be useful for items that get delivered to you regularly, and you know that even if the item is out of stock, it will be back in stock quickly.
- SKU - This is the SKU or CODE of the item.
- MIN. QOH - Set the minimum quantity on hand for this item. When the quantity on hand reaches this level, you will receive a notification reminding you to reorder.
- NAME - Product Name.
- OPTIONS - Items that have options will be listed on a seperate row for each possible combination of options. The options will be shown in this column.
- - QOH + - QOH stands for "Quantity On Hand". This is the actual number in stock for this item. If you need to add or subtract items from stock, enter the approprite number in the plus or minus column to add or subtract from the current QOH. For example, if you currently have 100 in stock, and 5 more just came in, you would enter a 5 in the plus column. After entering these numbers, click the "Save Settings" button at the bottom of the page. Please note Centrifuge intentionally does not let you enter the number in stock. Rather is lets you enter how many to add or subtract. This is to prevent inaccuracies.
- COST - Enter your cost for the item. This field is optional. It allows you to keep track of the total value of your inventory.
